Kia's New Hamster Commercial Is Awesome!
I'm not a huge fan of Kia, and I never thought I would want to buy a Kia vehicle in the near or distant future.... But I am in love with Kia's new hamster commercial, and I think I may be buying a new Kia Soul today.... I'm easily persuaded....

Oh my!
ReplyDeleteIt wouldn't play for me, but the first one was pretty darn cute...
ReplyDeleteNow it worked!
ReplyDeletethat was pretty good
That was pretty cute and pretty creepy. Imagine the distraction of seeing those creatures pull up next to you at a red light.
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Robyn
this is ri-DONK-ulous! rapping hamsters who sell Kias?!?! Whoa. entertaining for sure, but I'm kinda surprised by it just the same.
ReplyDeleteFunny! I've never seen that one before. Pretty sure I'd rather drive around in that toaster, though!!!
ReplyDeleteYou are too easily persuaded by -oh look at them go! I must have one now!
ReplyDeleteOK, sad but true, my husband and i argue about which is better the hamster commercials or the sock monkeys in the car commercial.
ReplyDeleteYeah. That's right.
That is awesome! My wife loves her Kia.
ReplyDeleteHumor wins every time. They could be selling a one way ticket to hell, but if it was funny, I would buy in on it!
ReplyDeleteVery cute! Car commercials are so much better than they were when we were little!
ReplyDeleteVery cute....I would deal with THIS but not THAT,,,just sayn'
ReplyDeleteThat is freakily awe-not-sucky. Cool.
ReplyDeleteI own a 2 year old Kia and I really, really like it. It has been a great car. Much better than we had even hoped.
screw the soul I want to ride in a giant toaster.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if they would just drive around a giant wheel?
ReplyDeleteReally neat commercial.
John
i love those crazy hamsters.

Cool . . . but kind of creepy. It just doesn't seem natural.
ReplyDeletei saw this in the movie theater months ago, i wonder if it hit the theaters before tv because i was shocked when like a year later i saw it on tv!
ReplyDelete@Cotton Blossom - I know, right? Those hamsters have total street cred....
ReplyDelete@Pat Tillett – Hamsters are the new ‘hood rats’!
@RawknRobynsGoneBlogWild – Creepy? You’d have to challenge them to race them, right?
@Liz - In the first commercial, they were just driving the car.... Who knew they had such skills?
@Marlene – I hear the toaster is like a hamster DeLorean…..
@TS Hendrik – It’s totally subliminal advertising…. I now have a new toaster too!
@Bossy Betty – You’re on the hamster’s side, right? The socks monkey doesn’t hold a candle to rapping hamsters….
@Jerry – Erin’s never had a problem with her Kia, has she?
@The Girl Next Door Grows Up - I was just about to publish a post about Amtrak's funny commercial about their sale on one way tickets to hell.... You were almost in deep trouble, lady!
@blueviolet – I miss the cars from when we were little though…. I want an old metal boat….
@The Invisible Seductress – So does that mean that all I’m left with is THAT?
@Cheeseboy – You’re the second person to say that they love their Kia…. I wonder why they’ve gotten such a bad rap?
@Powdered Toast Man – I though you were currently driving the giant toaster?
@John McElveen – Would that be the equivalent of Hamster Nascar?
@Lady Hill – They are crazy! And they’ve got mad lyrical skills!
@JC – I have to say, they’re the most natural rapping hamsters that I’ve ever seen…. lol
@Ally – It was a preview in the theaters? I wonder why they would only show it to such a small audience…. I guess you guys were the test panel! What movie was the commercial shown before?
Oh, my gosh I LOVE IT!
ReplyDeleteAnd so do all my boys!
Thank you~
@The Empress - It's such a fun commercial! The hamsters my family had when I was a kid never rapped (at least not in front of us).... I can only imagine what they did when we weren't home....
ReplyDeleteThat was super funny. My kids loved it. My youngest loves Alvin so much that he said he want to have the humongous hamster in his room. I must say the commercial was really affective. Great job on that! More power!
ReplyDeleteKIA
With this car you can actually bring the whole family plus the baggage. It's important to have good space and functional feature in choosing the right ride for you.
ReplyDeleteDOO DAH DIPPITY!
ReplyDeletethey are so adorable!
ReplyDeleteWow! These hamsters are so endearing! I liked the concept of this advertisement actually. Very pleasing to audiences like me. Without a doubt, advertisements like these are carefully planned and created by great video production companies. Vancouver has a great video production company. Toronto also has it and these towns are trusted in giving sole advertisements to their respective clients.
ReplyDeleteWell thanks for your cute post!
Before heading out to the dealerships, take some time to do some comparison shopping. Pick up a copy of Consumer Reports or automobile magazines that compare the models.
ReplyDeleteBesides efficiency and mileage, also consider how much of a car do you really need. If you will never venture into the backwoods and ride on hilly, dirt roads; if you only use the car to drive to and from work on freeway...do you really need a sport utility vehicle?
